I begin with a meeting to discuss project scope, project parameters and deliverables.
You'll provide me with clearly defined strategic goals - short and long term - along with a list of expectations that you have for your project.

Communication is key to success!
I will explain to you how I will proceed and a little about my creative process.

I will then send you a detailed proposal, defining project scope, parameters,
a complete list of deliverables and a time table for delivery. We will address any issues about the project and make any necessary adjustments to the agreement.

Once we've settled on the details, I'll convert my proposal into a contract and email it to you.
Once both parties have a mutually signed and dated contract,
we will then begin the exciting process of creating your new brand!

Since 1993, I've provided creative design and consulting services
for clients who span the gamut of industry — from hi-tech "startups" to industrial aggregates, mortgage bankers to media & entertainment companies; from
pharmaceutical giants to non-profits — here's my Client List.

I traditionally work with Ad Agencies, Marketing Firms & Brand Consultancies.
I'm a branding "go-to-guy" for Creative Directors & CCO's
who want to add an extra "Creative" to complement their own creative teams.

I also work directly with corporate clients, usually with their In-House Creative Department
and their New Product Development Teams.

Many agencies I work with outsource my brand creation services completely.

I will pay you a 10% Agency Commission for all referrals resulting in a signed contract.

I am excellent at explaining both abstract concepts and brand strategy to clients. If you have
a project & client that you think will be a good match for my skill set,
I'll be glad to take on the project. I provide impeccable customer service — always.

I pledge to be open, honest and transparent with you throughout the brand creation process.

All of my work is uploaded into a password protected folder—created just for you.
Your files will be available for download - 24/7 - so that you
may access, view and download my work at any time during the brand creation process.

Your privacy is extremely important to me. At all times during the brand creation process
your personal and business information will not be shared with anyone.

Intellectual Property Rights are paramount at Mindcandy.

Any and all information disclosed to me for the purposes of creating your brand

In fact, I will not begin a project without a legally binding
and mutually signed Non-Disclosure Agreement.
This creates a solid foundation for our new brand creation project and protects both parties.

I'm available for smaller projects—my fee is $90 per hour.

The price for Brand Creation Services depend on the scope of the project.

For longer more complex brand creation projects, I may be hired on a monthly retainer.
The fee for retaining my services depends upon
how many hours per month you will require my services.

For "Project Based Fees", a 50% deposit is required to initiate your project.
The 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and transfer of all digital assets
to the client. For larger branding projects, I will accept bi-weekly payments.
